Here is the blog for Amanda and Michelle two artists that work under the name of the girls. They do some wonderful interpretations of very familiar charters with a great style that I have loved since childhood and thinking about it (hence the silly reference in title)can most likely be traced back to my days in the 2nd or 3rd grade when the projector was rolled out and we would get to watch educational Disney films. I would eventually discover this art work incorporated into much of album cover art particularly Jazz covers hence the reason it has become known to me as the Jazz style.
I have been sucked into a world of blogs that seems to have gone on for a bit of time that I missed out on. It's a sub set of people that are sharing the treasures that they have reaped from their pop culture twisted brains. I have been exposed to more things including new artists/animators, music, comics and god knows what else. I'm going to start throwing that stuff here and hopefully sharing some of what I can dig out of my years of crap that I always wondered what the hell I could do with it.
